Here are a few features that come with the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Edition of your Microsoft Dynamics GP software.
Concur Expense Integrator
This is an add-on feature for both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Editions. Users will be able to integrate their approved expense report data from “Concur Travel and Expense” into the Payables Management module without doing manual entry.
This feature is available in the Advanced Management Edition. Users can transfer information quicker between Payables Management and Receivables Management. This will create a customer record using already available information in the vendor records.
Electronic Bank Management
This feature is available to both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Editions. For transactions that are on your bank statement you can set up in your Microsoft Dynamics GP software for entry, maintenance, and reconciliation.
Electronic Banking Suite
This is a feature that is available to both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Editions. With this feature, users are able to do Electronic Funds Transfer to Payables (EPM), Electronic Funds Transfer for Receivables Management (ERM), and Electronic Bank Reconciliation (EBR).
Electronic Reconciliation Management
This is an add-on feature for both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Editions. It will allow integration with bank reconciliation in order to automate it electronically and manage transactions using tools that work well with any bank supporting automatic reconciliation.
This is also available to both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management Editions. Allows users to easily find and track budget information review current encumbrances and streamline reporting processes.
